Frame: Rigorous Dynamic, impact test & Vertical Force Test is done as per IS standards to ensure durability & strengths for a longer time.
Type: Undergoes 3 stages of Endurance testing as per IS standars to ensure that tyre lasts long irrespective of terrain.
Saddle: goes through around 70,000 cycles with 70 Kg of load on it as per Japanese Industrial Standards to keep it intact & away from wear & tear.
Fork: According to IS standards, it undergoes around 88,000 cycles with 45 Kg of weight for maximum flexibility & strength thereby ensuring the utter safety of the rider
Chain Wheel:As per IS standard, Crank Assembly Fatigue test is done to keep it intact irrespective of the rider's weight. To ensure sturdiness Static load test is done to avoid the breakdown.
Pedal: Impact test is done as per IS Standards to support various riding positios Moreover, 150 kg of load is applied for 5 minutes to check the strength & durability.
Surface Treatment: As per IS standard, Ball drop test, Adhesion test, NSS & CASS is done to ensure increased adhesivness of paint & rust-free surface of the bike.
